Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Beanie!
This delightful canine companion, approximately 3 years old and weighing in at around 50 pounds, is a charming Cattle Dog mix hailing from Portland, Oregon. But don't let her love for her hometown confine her - Beanie is ready to embark on adventures with her new loving family, no matter where they may be!
Beanie thrives in the great outdoors, reveling in hikes, camping trips, and any opportunity to bask in the beauty of nature. However, she's equally content snuggled up by your side, enjoying lazy days on the couch. A paragon of obedience, Beanie is impeccably trained, responding promptly when called and exhibiting excellent manners. Her proficiency extends to being house-trained, making her an ideal companion for any household.
With a heart as warm as her fur, and delights in frolicking at the dog park! However, she's not particularly fond of cats or the presence of skateboards, preferring environments where these elements are absent. Beanie's joy knows no bounds when she's allowed to run freely or engage in a lively game of tug-of-war with her beloved stuffed toys.
While Beanie hasn't resided with children, she has demonstrated great behavior during her visits with them.
Despite her gentle and affectionate nature, Beanie can be timid and submissive, especially in unfamiliar surroundings. Consequently, she thrives in environments where she feels safe and secure. Due to a previous encounter with aggression from another dog, Beanie would flourish as the sole pet in a household or alongside a laid-back male companion.
Rest assured, Beanie is up to date on all vaccinations and has been spayed, ensuring her health and well-being. She's eagerly seeking a forever home where she'll receive the love, attention, and exercise she deserves. If you're ready to welcome Beanie into your life and provide her with the stability and care she craves, please contact us directly at adopt@joyfulpets.com for more information. Together, let's make Beanie's dreams of a loving family a reality!
Please note that Beanie is still with her current family in Portland, OR. However, they are open to a long-distance adoption, allowing her profile to be visible in other regions as well. Should you be interested, we invite you to submit your application through this link:https://forms.gle/jcU4Nx679Kpw4uTC7. Once received, we will promptly introduce you to her family.
