Mamba is the happiest girl you'll ever meet!

She was found in Mexico with her mom and three siblings. Despite this rough start, she has nothing but love to give to everyone she meets.

Since Mamba has spent her whole puppyhood at a shelter surrounded by other dogs and people, she is extremely social and friendly. She can get along with anyone! She's even met some cats who she is cautious of, but with a proper introduction, she would likely love a feline brother or sister!

Although she hasn't spent time with kids yet, her gentle nature makes for the perfect fur baby for a growing family.

As playful as any pup her age, Mamba could play from sun up to sun down with a few cuddles to break it up. She would thrive with a family who will play, cuddle, and adventure, but also provide some structure for her to grow into the canine companion she was born to be!

We do a very thorough screening interview, where we go through all of our policies, regulations and asking very detailed questions.
We perform a home and reference check.
Reference checks are your vet and two personal,
once all of those are completed,
we approve you.
you will out a liability waiver, and then set up a meet and greet
if the dog is the right fit, you sign the adoption agreement, pay the fee and on you go home with your new fido friend!

Bark at the Moon Animal Rescue is a volunteer-based, non-profit, animal welfare organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of stray, neglected, and abused animals. Bark at the Moon Animal Rescue is completely funded by the support of the community through fundraising efforts and public donations. All of our pets are cared for by foster homes and receive complete medical care, which includes worming, vaccinations, and spaying/neutering prior to their adoption.
