Mira was adopted by my mom as a 2 month old puppy from Humane Society of West MI. She is now 3 years old. Sadly, my mom passed away suddenly in January 2024. Mira was with her most of the time, so we are looking for a home where the owner works from home or is perhaps retired. She enjoys being with her person/people. Mira also enjoys being active outside (walks, playing fetch & following her nose), so a fenced-in yard would be ideal. She is a curious, playful, snuggly, funny, smart, loving girl. She knows many cues, such as: sit, lay/down, off, leave it, wait, & let's go. We are working on "focus" during walks, so she knows to look at me. She takes treats gently. Mira would thrive having a pet parent or family that will keep her active, spend time teaching her new tricks/cues and giving her the love she seeks. A confident dog sibling would be a bonus. She loves car rides & sticking her snout out the window! Our goal is to find the best match for her to be a happy dog.
