My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bennett (Benny) is a very sweet boy, and is around ~1-1.5 years old. He weighs 48.6 lbs. He is more of a people person dog. Benny also likes to play with various toys, great on walks, loves cuddles/pets and is potty trained. He is gentle with furniture, toys, and shoes. His favorite color is yellow! He has been bathed and is very good with baths!

However, sadly, he’s not a good fit for our family. He does not get along with our two other dogs and cat, vice versa. He does show some dominate behaviors. Slow introductions are needed.

He is updated on his vaccinations and microchipped on 2/29/24. He does have active heart worms, but the vet stated that it is in the early stages of infection. I have not started on his preventative medication yet since it has not delivered yet. He is also not neutered since he was a stray upon adoption. I do have a voucher from the shelter to help with those neuter fees.

Benny is a very good dog to have, he just needs some time and affection.
