Tootsie (also known as Charlotte in her foster home) is a quiet gal and can be a bit shy. She enjoys napping and snuggling. Sunbathing is her thing and exploring the back yard. She's always up for a game of 'catch me if you can'. She is good with the other animals in her foster home and children. She has a calm and kind nature about her.
