My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Speckles has been with the rescue for 4 years, but has not been given up on. With the potential she shows, especially in this past year with her current foster momma, Speckles has come a LONG way!!!! She does get jumpy at times with quick movement and loud noises, but when she's in the mood for rubs (which is normally in the morning after breakfast), she really loves her ears, chin, shoulders, bottom and sometimes even her belly rubbed!
Speckles' Likes-the laser pointer, small fuzzy balls, food , soft cat beds, cat trees, sleeping on your bed, laying in the sun, being at her level to pet and skitches...oh, did I mention food?

Speckles's Dislikes-other cats (but loves her fosters Mastiff and other dog), loud noises and crazy/hectic environments.

We provide all initial wellness care, including vaccines, deworming, checking for mites etc., for each kitten and cat under our care. All cats and kittens available for adotpion have been spayed or neutered, microchipped, and given a rabies vaccine. Our adoption fees also cover lifetime microchip resgistration. The adoption fee is $145.00 for kittens to 3 years, $110.00 4 years to 8 year cats, $100.00 for seniors and $200.00+ for Siamese, Maine Coon cats or any other specialty breed.. We reduce price if two are adopted together.
We have an adoption contract and additional agreement contract that all cats/kittens are to be returned to our Org. if adopter no longer wants or can keep.
Our requirements are specifically no adopters under 20 or living at a college . Including rentals where pets are not allowed . If renting we contact property owner or management including Veterinary references and personal references.
