Stunning baby at Manhattan ACC, possibly deaf and possible.neuro problems.. stated as blind also...poor young baby....needing rescue placement asap...(any contacts with experience would be great) She will be spayed before adoption. (7 MONTHS OLD, HELP HER!!!)
