Chelsea is a talkative bird, though we don't always understand what she's saying. Her foster family says they have to take phone calls in another room, or Chelsea will dominate the conversation. She says "Hello!" and “How are you?” Chelsea's flying is a work in progress, and she prefers to walk around the house. She is smart and curious and loves enrichment activities, like foraging for hidden apples, in her foster home. Chelsea's impressive vocal capacity makes her unsuitable for a home with shared walls.
