Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hey there, I'm Toeman, a friendly ball of energy with alot of love to give! I was rescued by BDRR as a stray when I was a puppy. I have yet to find my home, but I am always hopeful the right one is out there looking for me too. I love living life to it's fullest, especially when it comes to playtime with my fur-buddies - you'll often find me frolicking with up to 20 other dogs at a time. But Hey, I'm just as crazy about people too! Whether it's a game of fetch or a cozy cuddle session, count me in. I've got this leash thing down, and I'm a real pro with kids who can keep up with my enthusiasm. Oh, and did I mention I'm a water baby? Splashing around is my idea of a good time! With my sweet demeanor and positive attitude, I'm ready to bring joy and adventure to your home. Big Dog Ranch offers a FREE training session as a further adoption incentive.
October 1st is National Black Dog Day, and the month of October is dedicated to Black Dog Awareness as an important reminder to promote the adoption of black dogs, who are often overlooked in shelters simply due to their fur color. "Black Dog Syndrome" refers to the tendency of black dogs adopted less often than those with lighter coats, despite being equally affectionate and devoted as dogs of any other color.
