My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Carmen is a sweet 9 week old pup. She was born in a puppy mill in Kansas. When the breeder took her to the broker he wouldn't take her because her knees were loose (luxating patellas) so the pup was taken back to the mill to breed! We were able to buy her for $50 so we could get her out of there! Carmen has a funny gate due to her loose knees. Her foster mom is working on housebreaking, she does pretty good when she is on a schedule. Her foster mom is also working on leash training Carmen. If you would like to meet Carmen please fill out an adoption application so we can set up a meeting.
