My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I’m Maggie, and over the past months at the shelter, the ache of not having a home has become almost unbearable. My sadness felt mild at first but I’ve found it more difficult to smile or keep my head up with each passing day. Sometimes I will stay just like this even when staff or visitors come to try to cheer me up. I’m really struggling being without a loving family.

I know there are countless animals out there who are just as deserving of finding love as I am. Yet, the thought of being welcomed into a wonderful home sooner rather than later would mean absolutely everything to me.

So if you are searching for a sensitive, gentle, and sweet soul to adopt, please consider me, Maggie. You choosing me to be your girl will bring a radiant brightness into my world that I’ve only ever dreamed of.

Maggie loves people and is truly longing to build a connection with a special someone. Maggie needs to be the single pet of the household, where she can bask in undivided attention and shower her human companions with all the affection she has to offer. We invite you to apply to make Maggie a cherished member of your family today.
