Alvin, has been a dating professional. He is a charmer and loves attention. He has been to lakes and parks and dreams of this being his furever life. Alvin wants you to know that he is a BIG fan of turkey treats and loves getting petted. Alvin is currently in a foster home as part of our Foster Care Program! Living in a foster home is less stressful for dogs than in a shelter, providing them with individual time, attention, and care. This helps make adoptions successful by revealing their true selves at home. Potential adopters can determine if they and the dog are a good match by hearing about the dog from the foster parents. Alvin will continue hanging with her foster family, who will keep loving and nurturing his zest for life until his forever family chooses him!

Each adoption consists of an interview, application, counseling session, and adoption contract. All adoptions are handled on a case-by-case basis, but most adoptions are first-come, first-served, and holds cannot be placed in advance for someone to meet with an animal. All animals are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.
