My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Shirley! She is a 1 1/2 year old Shepherd mix. She’s a sweet, friendly girl that would love a family of her own. She loves running and playing with other dogs, and wouldn’t mind having another doggie friend to play with ;).
Sadly, we don’t have any available foster homes and Shirley’s time is running out.
If you are interested in adopting or fostering Shirley please email ASAP at adoptions@petsandpeople.com, put “urgent” in the heading.

Update: Shirley is in a temporary foster home. She has been great with their dogs and is super sweet and loves belly rubs!

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Potential adopters will be required to fill out an initial questionnaire and to answer follow up questions. Veterinary references will be checked as well as home checks as necessary. We do not transport our pets to adopters. We like to have our adopters meet our pets and for us to meet them and their families. Our goal it to match our pets with appropriate homes.
