My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Finley is a big, loveable guy. He is sweet but is still recovering from having been abandoned. He's made a lot of progress. He is learning to trust people again. He's going to be a great pet with another month or so of kindness and love.

Finley was abandoned at one of the cat colonies where Project MEOW feeds. There were no foster or rescue spaces when he arrived, so he had to go back to the colony after being TNRed. He was always friendly with the feeders and won everyone's hearts. Around Christmas in 2022, he wasn't acting right, so we brought him in. He had a wound, but he's all healed now.

Finley is so dear, we couldn't bear to put him back at the colony. He's sweet but needs a little TLC and patience, but I'm sure his family will be greatly rewarded with a little time. He's even learning to love cuddles! Finley has become good friends with another of my fosters, Juno Palelai. They play and cuddle. It would be great to have them adopted together. It's always good for the kitties to have another cat around when possible.

Finley Bartram is about 2 years old and is neutered, FeLV and FIV negative, current on shots, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and litter box trained.

Juno is a very nice and very beautiful cat. She's got spunk, but not too much. She likes a quick cuddle but isn't a snuggler, at least not yet. She likes other animals and interacts with my own cats and dog well. She loves another one of my foster cats, Finley Bartram. They play, cuddle, and have taken naps together a few times. It would be lovely if they could find a home together.

Juno is very interested in what's happening and loves looking out the window. She has a thing for sweets and is a very well-adjusted girl.

Juno Palelai is about 6 months old and is spayed, FeLV and FIV negative, current on shots, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and litter box trained.

Adoption fee: $175 for both cats (plus tax)

* You must be 18 or older to adopt. If you’re under 18, you must have a parent or guardian submit an application on your behalf.
* All cats must be kept indoors. In special circumstances, we may waive this requirement on a case-by-case basis.
* We do not adopt to any home that will declaw an animal. Declawing is cruel and unnecessary.
* All cats/kittens must be spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
* Kittens under 6 months must be adopted in pairs or into a home with another active cat or cat-friendly dog.
* Your adoption fee helps to cover a small part of the costs of veterinary care. However, we strongly recommend that you take your new kitty to your vet for a check-up shortly after adopting to establish a relationship and a lifetime of regular check-ups and care.
