My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ceniza came in as a feral cat for TNR. He was emaciated and had a bad wound, so he was kept indoors for a few weeks as he recovered and during that time it was discovered that he is a total sweetheart! We just couldn't stand to put him back outside, especially because he came from a rough area where many cats were being abused.

Ceniza is desperately searching for a home to call his own. While he has gotten along with some cats (specifically shyer, females) he would really love a home all to his own. He wants his human! He is a total lovebug, wants to follow his human around, and has the cutest little meows. Ceniza has gained a bunch of weight since he came to us emaciated, and how he is a bit chonky and on a diet! Do you have room in your heart for this sweet boy?

Ceniza Windsor around 1-3 years old, is neutered, FeLV negative, FIV positive, current on shots, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and litter box trained.

Verification of veterinarian and personal references as well as Landlord (if applicable).

Meet the Pet

After approval, a meet & greet is set up between potential adopter and foster parent/cat.

5.
Sign Adoption Contract

After a successful meet & greet, it will take at least 48 hours until finalizing the adoption is complete. Contract is signed & fee is paid.

Adoption Fees (without the 50% off discount):

Cats under 1 year old: $150 + 8% sales tax = $162
Cats aged 1-10 years old: $100 + 8% sales tax = $108
Two kittens under 1 year old: $225 + 8% sales tax = $243
Senior Cats (10+ years old): $75 + 8% sales tax = $81

* You must be 18 or older to adopt. If you’re under 18, you must have a parent or guardian submit an application on your behalf.
* All cats must be kept indoors. In special circumstances, we may waive this requirement on a case-by-case basis.
* We do not adopt to any home that will declaw an animal. Declawing is cruel and unnecessary.
* All cats/kittens must be spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
* Kittens under 6 months must be adopted in pairs or into a home with another active cat or cat-friendly dog.
* Your adoption fee helps to cover a small part of the costs of veterinary care. However, we strongly recommend that you take your new kitty to your vet for a check-up shortly after adopting to establish a relationship and a lifetime of regular check-ups and care.
