Minnie and her sister Penny came to Fuzzy Pawz Rescue when their owner could no longer care for them.
Minnie is a sweet little girl who is skittish around new people but will warm up if a new owner understands the need to be patient (treats work like a charm). When she gets excited she jumps up and down in one spot – it is the cutest thing! She has never been around children so no kids under 14, please. Minnie would love to live in a home that is calm and quiet where she and her people can hang out.
Minnie is house-trained (is even potty-pad trained), crate trained, and an all-around good girl. She will need a crate in her new home as that is her preferred sleeping place. Minnie will need a fenced yard as she is known to be a runner.
Minnie is afraid of big dogs but does okay with dogs closer to her size. Though she doesn’t put up with any non-sense from them. She likely would thrive as the only dog but another calm, easy going dog would be a good fit.
