My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Katie is a native to Virginia, her breed is a protect at all costs and she has shown a lifetime of care and commitment for her owner. She has now moved onto the second half of her life and unfortunately my mom's age has been a hindrance on being able to take care of her. Katie has been a loyal and loving companion for many years but needs somewhere warm and calm to live out the rest of her years. She loves to sit in the sun and lay on-top of you. She a funny one too, she'll look at you sideways with a face of disappointment when something funny happens and will always be there to get pets at the end of a long hard day of sunbathing and looking at birds. She doesn't need much exercise and is not picky on what she eats. I hope between the moon and the stars that someone will take in this absolute jem and give her a good home. She has spent the last few years watching over my niece (1) and nephew (3) and is simply one of the sweetest girls you'll ever meet.
