Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Maxine is a gentle love-bug, and will be totally devoted to you and your family. She is a medium energy girl, and will faithfully follow you anywhere. She is quiet and loves to sit next to you for attention. Sometimes she pulls on the leash, but all in all she is easy to walk. She knows basic commands (sit, down, off) but does not do “stay” as she wants to go where you go. She is housebroken and kennel trained, and learns routines quickly. She is gentle when greeting children, does not jump on them or lick their face or hands. Maxine is friendly with other dogs and will happily play with them. She would be fine in a multi-dog house, as she gets along well with everyone, but is shy and hangs back when attention is being given out. She is interested in but does not chase cats or other critters around your house. She comes like a shot when called, because her favorite thing is to be with her person. She watches sadly as you leave the house, and greets you excitedly with hugs when you return. She will put up with anything because you ask her to. She is a charming girl who just wants someone to be devoted to, someone who will give her love and lots of attention in return.
