Amy won us over the second she stepped off the transport van!! Amy is 3 years old and was a mama. All her babies were placed and she was left in a high intake shelter. One look at her beautiful blue eyes and we knew she was coming to VT! Amy does very well with dogs and had lived with children in her previous home. We can not say for sure if she is housebroken, she has had some accidents at night since she arrived on 2/25, but what we know for sure is she is a snuggle-bug and will make some very lucky people very happy!! I am sure Amy will not be here long if you would like to come see her go to our website spfldhumane.org and fill out an application to get pre approved. Once application is approved we will contact you, usually through email, to set up a time to come meet her. We are open Wed-Sat from Noon to 4, but we do not hold animals for appointments without an approved application.
