My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dumpling is just about 2 years old and in her third foster home. This poor soul has known nothing but neglect and abandonment. This sweet baby was found hungry in the cold rain. She was wearing a collar with a vet’s name so Dumpling’s “owner” was called. Good news?? Sadly, no. The woman stated she left Dumpling with her ex-boyfriend because she moved out of the state. It was then discovered that the ex-boyfriend has a new roommate with a dog. Dumpling became collateral damage and was left outside to fend for herself. Dumpling understandably is very stressed. She is now safe with a foster in her own room, healing. Dumpling needs a loving and understanding calm permanent home with adults only and no dogs.
