A charming 4-year-old domestic short hair residing in Northampton, MA, who's ready to journey to her forever home!

With her striking green eyes and distinctive black and white coat, Ruthie's physical appearance is as captivating as her personality. Her polydactyl nature adds to her allure, although it necessitates regular nail care. Weighing a sturdy 14 pounds, she's in excellent health and possesses youthful energy.

Ruthie's beginnings were humble; she was discovered along with her two siblings on a chilly, wet evening, sheltering in a city drain. Consequently, she's a touch timid and selective about affection, preferring to dictate the terms of her interactions. Yet, once she warms up, Ruthie is a devoted lap cat, reveling in gentle strokes to her head and ears, often curling up for a cozy nap!

For Ruthie, the perfect home is one where she can thrive amongst adults who appreciate her feline charms and where she resides as the sole feline. She's an indoor cat by necessity and would benefit from access to a screened porch or windows for bird-watching adventures.

Ruthie comes equipped with all the essentials, from a litter box to a laser pointer, ensuring she's well-prepared for her new abode. Ruthie's vaccination, spaying, litter training, and microchipping are up to date.
