My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This loving and sweet boy can't get enough of your attention! Patrick (Nickname Patchy) is full of personality and loves to let you know when he wants a cuddle, playtime, or even just some string cheese by giving you a gentle nudge or his paw. At just a year old and around 50 pounds, he's the perfect size for any family.

Patrick loves car rides and adventures, and his non-reactive nature to other dogs makes him a great companion. He's learned commands like sit, wait, touch, heel, and paw, and is still working on fetch and perfecting his heel. He's great with kids & has lived well with other dogs, making him an ideal family dog. He also loves to cuddle like a human teddy bear-though he appreciates his space, too.

A true foodie and explorer, Patrick believes your snacks, shoes, & clothes are better than his and he may just casually sneak them if given the chance! He has grown tremendously in confidence since going to a loving foster home. Patrick enjoys pup cups, high-value treats, and tolerates wearing clothing and accessories. He's not scared of bad weather and his groomers love him as he's easy to work with while getting his nails trimmed.

Patrick is fully potty trained, crate trained, and groomer friendly. He's perfecting his leash walking, staying focused around distractions, is eager to learn and always up for a challenge. Patrick thrives on new experiences and would love an adopter who can show him more of the world. Patrick's gorgeous coat and funny little ears will look great on your couch. He's going to make a fantastic pet for the right family. Click "I'm interested" in Patrick today to connect with his foster parent and see if you have room in your home & heart for this beautiful, sweet-natured boy!
