Hi Folks, I'm Benny, a majestic and regal two-year-old Great Pyrenees. I was rescued from the desolate Texas border by Big Dog Ranch, and have a heartwarming and charming personality despite the adversity I have faced. Cloaked in a striking white coat, I embody the noble traits of my breed. Renowned for my loyalty and gentle nature, I form deep bonds with my people and family and have become a beloved figure at the Ranch. My outdoor adventures, especially during long walks, showcase my love for nature, while my friendly disposition endears me to everyone I encounter. I am fine with most other dogs, but we always need a proper introduction when meeting a new dog. Whether standing guard over my homestead or basking in the warmth of the fireplace on a chilly day, I'm not just a dog but a cherished companion whose regality and affectionate spirit leave an indelible mark on those fortunate enough to know me. I hope to meet my forever family soon. Maybe it will be yours.

If you are interested in adopting a dog from us please visit our website adoptions page to complete an adoption application. at www.bdrr.org/adopt. This will help us make sure we find you the right dog to fit your situation and family. Once you have completed the application, we will contact you to let you know you have been approved and then you will be able to set up an appointment to come and meet dogs you are interested in. Our adoption fees range depending on the dog's breed, age and other factors.
