Betty comes to us as lost and unclaimed. Young adult female mix. Seems to have some beagle traits. Happy, pretty, energetic and has generally nice manners. She does love to run when she is outside! Needs active owner that will spend lots of time with her outside playing or on walks. Betty seems like she would make a nice 'family' dog. No vet records available. As always, pound animals have a limited time. MUST BE ADOPTED BY JULY 16, 2010. Your contact is a member of 4PAWS, a volunteer group working in partnership with the City of Harlan, Iowa. We're between Des Moines and Omaha, NE just north of I-80. Bona fide breed specific rescues and long term shelters are encouraged to contact us. We will assist with vetting and transport.
