Gomer comes to us as lost and unclaimed. Appears to be a mix with some beagle features. Happy, playful, energetic, personable. Gomer is an active boy that needs...well...he needs a 12 year old to wear him out! Is very strong on a leash and does need training. He also needs plenty of room to run and play. Would not do will in a small contained environment. Neutered but other vet history unknown. As always, pound animals have a limited time. MUST BE ADOPTED BY JULY 16, 2010. Your contact is a member of 4PAWS, a volunteer group working in partnership with the City of Harlan, Iowa. We're between Des Moines and Omaha, NE just north of I-80. Bona fide breed specific rescues and long term shelters are encouraged to contact us. We will assist with vetting and transport.
