**Wants to be the only cat**

Journey would love to be an only cat with a human who has time to give him the attention he needs. He is a quiet guy who doesn't talk much but loves to play. He loves catnip toys, balls, springs and interactive play with wand toys or laser pointers. He likes to climb tall cat trees and look out big windows. When he is tired he will find his plush bed and make biscuits as he purrs and falls asleep.

Journey has had a difficult past as his name suggests, he has had a journey alright! He needs someone who is committed to him. He is a typical orange cat personality! He is curious, inquisitive, observant, playful and naughty (LOL). He needs an owner to dote on him with patience, understanding, kindness and to encourage his intelligence with play and positive reinforcement. He is highly intelligent and can even sit for treats as he is food motivated. He focuses on his person with eye contact; he listens well and gets bored easily. When bored he may swat you or use his mouth to pull at your clothing, asking to engage in play or treats!

Adoption process is extensive but needed for all pets.
I also search applicant online and check DNA lists, speak with pet store (if cat is showcased for adoption there), speak with foster parents, along with all above.

We are a small purely volunteer foster based cat rescue in Perth East, Ontario.
We help queens, kittens, cats and ferals (when there is sanctuary space). All cats are adopted out fixed, UTD on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, dewormed and debugged.
