Here's what the humans have to say about me:
PHYSICAL FENCE REQUIRED (at least 5’ high)
Meet Joey, a 1-year-old Sable & White Rough Collie with the most striking white blaze on his sweet face! This beautiful boy has a heart of gold and loves getting pats and scritches. His dearest wish is to have a family of his own to love and to belong to.
Joey is a playful young pup with energy to burn! He absolutely loves being around canine and human companions. We think that he’ll absolutely thrive in a family where he has older kids and/or a dog sibling (or two!) to play with. Joey also has to have a physical fence at his forever home so he can get his energy out by running and playing in the yard, and since he’s a good jumper, that fence needs to be at least 5’ high.
Joey is fully house-trained and crate-trained, and he walks pretty well on a leash, too! He does a beautiful “sit” when asked, and he’s working hard on his basic obedience skills and other commands. Joey is highly motivated by treats, praise, and affection, so we’re sure that with a little time and effort, he’ll be a perfectly proper Collie in no time!
If your family isn’t complete without a beautiful Collie pup and Joey has stolen your heart, fill out an Adoption Application for him today.
Joey is being fostered in Ohio
