Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet our beautiful Sable-Headed White Collie boy Boston! This 1-year-old pup is the fluffiest cuddlebug who will always be happy to greet you with a wiggle butt and wagging tail!
Boston’s foster mom tells us that he’s the sweetest gentleman and the best snuggler in the world! He loves being right next to his human companions, especially on the couch. Boston doesn’t let his size get in the way of his ambition to be a lap dog, and he’s always up for cuddles and kisses.
Boston has been positively thriving as a member of his foster family’s pack. He loves to play with his foster family’s resident dogs, and “ruff-housing,” chase, and tug-of-war are his favorite games. We think that Boston will do best in a forever family with a young dog sibling (or two!) to serve not only as playmates but also as mentors who can help Boston to master the ways of the doggo!
Boston has great recall, is fully house-trained and crate-trained, and is doing great with his obedience skills, command training, and leash walking. (His foster mom says that he’s also done great outside of his crate at night!) He’s actively working on learning not to jump, which he does sometimes when he gets really, really excited. He already knows “sit” and “shake,” and since he’s a fast learner who is highly motivated by treats, praise, and affection, we’re sure that with a little more effort and guidance, he’ll be a perfectly proper Collie in no time.
If you’ve been looking for a Collie cuddle buddy, Boston just might be the boy of your dreams! Fill out an Adoption Application for him today!
Boston is being fostered in Ohio.
