Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Evie is an about 10-12 month old, 28 lbs. sweet but shy girl. She has been in an incredible foster home where she's learned a lot of manners and has built confidence. She is excellent in her crate now, walks well on leash, knows basic commands, and is "place" trained. Evie does well with other dogs and could live with another calmer but friendly and respectful pup. She takes some time to warm up to people and will therefore be best with older and respectful children, 12 and up. Evie is not the life of the party. She's on the calm side and prefers a home that isn't too busy. The ideal home will continue her training and keep up the structure she's received to set her up for success. Evie has not met any cats but doesn't have much of a prey drive. She has no desire to chase squirrels or cats in the neighborhood so she probably could live with dog savvy cats with slow introductions.
Evie is being fostered in the Portland area.
