4-month-old Blake found himself in an overcrowed shelter by no fault of his own. As soon as we saw him we knew we couldn't say no to his sweet little face. He is currently being fostered in a home with multiple fur siblings and tiny human playmates. He enjoys being outside and is working on his leash manners. He loves to socialize and play, has typical puppy energy and would love someone to play fetch and throw toys around for him throughout the day. He is equal parts snuggler and love bug, so if you have room in your lap (and heart), Blake is content. He has been exposed to large dogs, adult dogs, chickens, and children. While Blake will sleep in his crate, he would much prefer the bed with his human family. He has an incredible and docile temperament, little to no barking (unless alerting to something specific), and is super sweet. His one toxic trait is his uncontrollable urge for kisses (he’s a licker)! Blake would make a wonderful addition to any family as he adapts well to his surroundings. While he is a puppy and loves to play (fetch is quickly becoming a favorite past time) he is also content sitting on your lap watching TV. He plays well with other dogs and kids, and quickly responds to a “settle down” command if needed. An adorable feature of this little guy is his webbed feet. Sadly it is too cold to test his swimming skills, but we think he’s champion material. Because of his webbed feet (so cute) he walks heavy like a kid wearing their parents shoes. It’s hilarious AND you always know when he’s coming!
