Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Sammie is a young sweetheart who came to the shelter after being found wandering Tucson on her own. She’s a friendly, bouncy lady who is loved by everyone she meets! Here’s what just a couple of her volunteer fans have said:
“Sammie was a delight to have out. Sweet affectionate girl. She sits nicely for treats, makes good eye contact, takes treats gently, and leans in for petting. A very good girl!”
“Sammie is very friendly and sweet. She`s always wagging her tail when I take her out. She knows sit, watch me, and takes treats gently. This once shy girl is blossoming, and I hope she`ll find her forever family soon.”
Sammie spent two weeks in a foster home where she enjoyed sleeping on the bed or the couch, was housebroken with doggy door access to the yard, and was crate trained. Her foster described her as sweet, friendly, cuddly, and curious. She’ll thrive with a bit of training and positive reinforcement from her future family! In another short-term home Sammie did well with another dog, was again housebroken and crate trained, and was described as playful and affectionate.
Sammie shares her kennel with another PACC pup and has been social and easygoing when meeting other dogs in playgroup. She may do best in a home without cats. Please ask to meet Sammie today!
