Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Chloe arrived here after she was surrendered to a shelter with 3 other dogs after the owner could no longer care for them. We don't know her breed but all of the dogs looked like maybe Chihuahua/Jack Russell/Dachshund mix. Chloe is about 5 years old. She had puppies that were about 6 weeks old but the puppies were sold by the owner before we took her in.
She loves to snuggle and be near her people. She also enjoys her walks and is quite interested in the critters around her. She will help with moles and voles as she is quick to sniff a hole and dig for the offender. Reliably housebroken, she goes to the door if she needs to go out. She is quiet and only barks on occasion, usually at a squirrel who has ventured way too close to her house!
She lived with other dogs so we know she gets along with others, but I do think her main goal will be to be with her people. She loves to cuddle and sit in your lap. She does OK on a leash.
She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations. If interested in Chloe our application can be found at www.homesfurhounds.org.
