My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Just look at this gorgeous gal! Freya is a stunning German Shepherd that loves people! Freya does great with well matched dogs, but does prefer them to be on the smaller side. Freya is a bit of a princess and is a big fan of AC. Don't get us wrong, she's playful and up for an adventure....but then it's definitely time to chill. If you are looking for an easier going shepherd, Freya is your girl! Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

We require and meet and greet with the animal you are interested in and an interview with an adoption counselor to discuss what type of animal you are looking for and what your home environment is like. Once an animal is agreed upon by the adopter and adoption counselor, the adopter will review and sign the adoption contracts and provide a minimum donation of $100 for dogs (just the basic vetting -spay/neuter, shots and microchip cost us $175-225 per dog) and a minimum donation of $50 for cats (basic vetting- spay/neuter and shots cost us about $90-125 for cats). If animals being adopted are too young for spay/neuter and/or rabies, the adopter will be given a voucher to use at one of the four Chisholm Trail Veterinary Clinics in our area.
