Ok, lab lovers.....get ready to play ball!

Wilbur is a 2 year old, lab mix who weighs in at 59 pounds. He loves to catch and lives to fetch and is hoping you'll pick him to join your home team! Wilbur is an active boy who loves to walk and exercise and is good on leash! He's a team player when it comes to other dogs and doesn't mind having a few kids on his side either!

There are lots of homeless dogs out there this year! Competition is fierce! Wilbur hopes to be your draft pick and can't wait to join your team.

Augusta Dog Adoptions is a 501c3, foster- based rescue. We take applications online and schedule adoptions in Waynesboro, VA. A $175.00 adoption fee ($300 for puppies under 6 months old) helps us take care of all the dogs we rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases (if old enough), microchipped, and vaccinated for rabies (if old enough), distemper/parvo and bordetella. They are also treated for internal and external parasites. Many dogs also receive extensive medical care such as dental work and major surgeries.
