My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Franklin is a phenomenal dog. He is an 8.5 year old standard poodle who is energetic and healthy. My husband and I have raised Franklin since he was a puppy. Since then, he has seen our family grow to now include 3 children 5 and under. We are no longer able to give Franklin the attention he deserves in order to have a thriving, happy life. We are looking for a happy home for Franklin that will provide him the following:
- a space/opportunity to exercise and play during the day
- a lot of cuddles and love
- an owner who has time to break some bad habits (which will happen easily, he's very smart) - including counter surfing, taking food

Franklin is very cuddly and loving towards all people - including children. He is friendly with other dogs. He is strong awareness and will bark if potential strangers approach a home/yard.

He is a wonderful dog and we are wiling to wait to find the right new home for him for his last chapter in life.
