Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Sully!
Sully is a 2 year old, Yellow lab, neutered male, and up to date on vaccines/preventatives. He is housetrained, kennel trained and vehicle trained as well. Sully is a medium energy dog; easy-going and likes to socialize with people and other dogs.
Sully can be energetic; plays casually and enjoys sustained games of chase with his friends. He also likes to explore and sniff around independently.
He transitions well into a laid-back boy who loves to snuggle and get his scratches.
Being a life observer, Sully occasionally has bouts of barking at what he sees moving in the distance or zooming around his area in arousal of anyone approaching;
however, he will calm down on his own with minimal intervention from his hooman.
Sully is a versatile boy, he adapts well to new situations and surroundings; he is happy to meet new friends, dogs or people, and willing to engage in play with both.
Sully is an adventurer at heart, he rides well in a vehicle, jumps in and out on his
own, and is ready to embrace the activities to come. Sully likes a good chew toy during his down time or when in a kennel while you're away.
Sully is a very spirited boy who when greeting you, displays the typical wiggle body and wagging tail. He is likely to jump up to put his feet on you, letting you know he's happy and wants to interact with you. However,
he will get down by telling him off, (you may need to assist his feet off initially, but he's a quick study.) If there
are other dogs in the household, he loves attention and will display a little eagerness to get more loves... so
saying his name as he's being petted, and the name of the other dog(s) being petted keeps him content.
So, if you are looking for a dog ready for an adventure with you, he's a good
choice. Sully will do well in a household with a person who wants a hands-on role in training and teaching him to be a great companion.
Honorable Mention: Sully does have a housemate, Poppy, who is also up for adoption. If you're looking for two friends, then they are your duo!
They would have an easier transition into a new home together but they are
not bonded.
