My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bob, a 4 yr old male domesticated cream colored cat with a bobcat tail is fully vetted, UTD on all vaccines, & ready to be adopted! Bob was surrendered after having a huge abscess that needed to be treated. After seeing the doctor, Bob is back to good health & ready to be adopted. He may be a big boy but he is a lover! He could take all the lovins you have to give & be happy to give some back. Handsome Bob needs a home where he can be a spoiled indoor cat & shown how a cat should be treated. Bob does great with other cats and children. Bob is also litter box trained & an indoor cat. He’s ready to find the family he has been missing for so long & he knows they are searching for him too! If you think Bob is the boy for you, place an application today! If you would be interested in giving me a furever home, please contact The Humane Society of Adams County, Inc. at (937) 544-8585 to set up a time to come meet me and fill out an adoption application!

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process is made up of two parts. Upon a decision to adopt an animal we require an application for adoption that asks questions such as housing and veterinary references. We then check references and may require a home visit. Upon approval you will fill out a contract for adoption and pay the adoption fees. Adoption fees are based on age and vetting required.
