Hi everyone! 👋 I’m Beau, I’m around 5 years old and still have a lot of life left to live!

I was rescued from a hoarding situation where I never really felt human touch or got any love so I’m a little unsure I’m new environments and when I meet new people and friends. I do warm up though with lots of patience, love and treats 🦴😉 Once I warm up I love to let my personality shine ✨

I also love to just hangout and lounge around and would love a family that enjoys doing the same so every day can be a lazy day 😄 I enjoy playing with my other chi friends but can’t wait to find my forever family!!

We want to ensure a lifelong placement for the rescued animal so at Second Chance Dog Rescue Mansfield we do our best to match potential adopters with their perfect pet. Our adoption process includes an initial application, with a home visit, references and vet checks. If the match is a good one, we then finalize the adoption and wish you happy tails. We are always available to help with the transition to a new home. We check in during the first few weeks to answer any questions or help with any issues. We also love hearing you brag about your new adopted fur baby and love getting updates throughout the year.

We partner with local rescues to stop the neglect and animal abuse happening in our community everyday.
