Meow!  I am MARVIN...formerly known as Starvin Marvin.  Free roaming and homeless, thanks to the kindness of humans, I am no longer starving!  Now neutered, vaccinated, etc. I want to live inside with my person.  Box trained, I would love to cuddle and purr and be safe, warm, dry, and loved!  Is there room in your home and heart to allow me happiness now and forever?
