Meet Bella, a sweet umbrella cockatoo who is looking for a forever place to land! Bella is a lover, not a fighter, and would need a home who understands exactly how much love to give a cockatoo without overdoing it. Unless given a routine (and boundaries), Bella would spend all day on your shoulder, your lap, your chest...you name it! Wherever you are, she wants to be. When she isn't trying to figure out how to flirt her way out of her cage, she loves watching TV, listening to music, or snacking on freeze dried veggies. She is also quite skilled at demolishing wood, so her future home will need a toy budget to keep her entertained! Like most cockatoos, she can be quite noisy. On top of her favorite phrase "I'm a bird," she likes to let out a few shrieks and squawks just to remind you that she is there. Applicants who are sensitive to noise or who live in an environment with shared walls need not apply! Because of the demands of her species, she would do best in a home where attention isn't already split between a large number of pets. While not scared of dogs, she does like to point at them with her foot and say "It's a bird." So far, Bella hasn't met a stranger and would do best in a home where she is provided with plenty of attention, stability, and love. She is sure to melt the heart of everyone she meets! Adoption Fee: $600
