Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi everyone, I'm Leo the Pomeranian, and I am just the cutest little guy (even with my horrible hackjob of a haircut). I was found wandering the streets a few weeks ago by animal control. It was very obvious that I had not been taken care of for quite some time. My hair was so matted (hence the bad haircut) that I even had trouble going to the bathroom. I weigh about 11 lbs. and the vet believes I’m about 10 years old. But you'd never know it. Lately, I've been feeling great. You can tell it ‘cause I love to hop on my back legs and do a little dance. I do have a heart murmur and will always need medication. But you can't tell I've got anything wrong with me. I only take one pill a day, and it isn’t expensive either (less than $18 a month). I take my pill really easily too. All you have to do is drop it in my food. I also need a dental badly, but I’ll have to wait a few weeks because of my recent neuter surgery. Mostly, I just like it when you to hold me like a baby and rub my little tummy. I am crate trained and housebroken and will go to the door and scratch when I need to go out. I also get along very well with the neighbors grandkids as long as they don't get rough or loud around me. If they do that, then I get scared. I am a very bold little dude. I’ll tolerate all, but I'm not as nervous around dogs my own size. I am looking for a wonderful person or family to share my life with. I am not that old for a pommie and I should have many more wonderful years to live. So don't let my age fool you! I may be not be as handsome as I could be right now, but you just wait ‘til my hair finishes growing out. Then I’ll be B-E-A-UTIFUL! Please consider giving me a chance! For more information on adopting me, please contact my foster mommy, Sarah Reid, at Kentucky_chick@juno.com or 864-978-3205.
