My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hellooooooooooo!! I'm Buster the Hound. I'm a chill ole' dude that loves my naps. I am housetrained and crate trained, I'm usually in my crate at night. I love being around my people and getting pets. I'm looking for a forever home while my foster mom takes care of me through my heartworm treatment. I currently live with two other dogs. We are more of a hang out crew, rather than a playful one. I'm not a fan of sharing my food or treats with them, that's my food only! My foster mom says I do a little happy dance while I wait patiently for my food. I'd love to meet my future family! You can email clayfosters@claycountygov.com to ask to meet me!

Additional adoption info

We try to make the process as smooth as possible and we want to set you and your new pet up for success. We always recommend doing a meet and greet with your dog before adding a new dog to your home and we are always happy to help with that.
