My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ranger, the spirited Rottweiler with a heart of gold and a unique story to tell. Despite being hearing impaired, Ranger's playful spirit and affectionate nature make him an extraordinary companion for those who appreciate his special qualities.

Ranger's love for play knows no bounds. Whether it's chasing after his favorite toy or frolicking in the yard, Ranger's enthusiasm is contagious. His boundless energy and playful antics are sure to bring joy to a forever home.

Despite his hearing impairment, Ranger has an uncanny ability to connect with people. He thrives on human interaction and enjoys nothing more than spending time with those he trusts.

Thanks to a dedicated volunteer, Ranger has learned some basic commands such as sit and shake. However, he still requires some training to help him become the best companion he can be. With patient guidance and positive reinforcement, Ranger is eager to learn and improve his manners.

In order to ensure the best match for Ranger and his potential adopters, a scheduled meet and greet is required before adoption. This allows both Ranger and potential adopters to get to know each other and determine if they're the perfect fit. Interested individuals must also apply before meeting Ranger.

It's important to note that Ranger may sometimes display possessive behavior over his toys or food. With patient guidance and positive reinforcement training, Ranger's tendencies can be addressed and managed effectively, ensuring a harmonious relationship with his family.

Ranger's spirited demeanor and loving nature make him an ideal companion for families who understand and appreciate his unique needs. However, due to his spirited nature, Ranger would do best in a home with no kids, where he can receive the attention and support he deserves.

Don't miss out on the opportunity to welcome Ranger into your life. Reach out today to schedule a meet and greet and apply to make him a cherished member of your family, and experience the unconditional love and joy he has to offer.
