When a man found Chandler and her two kitten pals in a garage in his Logan Heights neighborhood, he took one look at their stuffy noses and goopy eyes and knew just who to call-his friend from Rescue House that feeds homeless kitties in the area! We got them to the vet and learned that all had bad upper respiratory infections. With medicine from the doctor and lots of TLC from their foster mom, they slowly regained their health and turned into the most amazing kittens. Now a little older and all ready for adoption, Chandler can't wait to start her next chapter with her very own forever family!
Like most teenagers, Chandler has tons of energy and likes to party, so she spends a fair amount of time playing. A pint-sized powerhouse, Chandler has ninja moves and often dominates wrestling matches with other kitties. (Don't be surprised if you see her pinning down larger felines during throwdowns!) Eager for you to join her in the fun, she would be delighted for you to engage her in some interactive wand sessions! If left to her own devices, she can entertain herself too, and she will seek out a toy for amusement. Very focused on her people, it isn't just about romping around and games with her-she wants as much human contact as possible! Everyone is her friend, and she routinely walks up to strangers to introduce herself. Chandler purrs constantly and loves to be cuddled; she will make "air muffins" if you hold her on her back! (In fact, she is a tremendous baker, and given the opportunity, she will whip up biscuits on any surface available!) An excellent sungglebug, she adores laying on your lap where she almost certainly will start kneading some imaginary kitchen concoction! She also has excellent manners-she has perfect litterbox habits and uses her scratching posts for manicures. Essentially, she is the ideal furry family member!
She is good with other cats. Regarding canines, they are a hard pass. Gentle kids should be fine; she has been exposed to younger children as well as a baby and did great with everyone!
This teen endured a rough start and would not have survived without the intervention of some human heroes. Thankfully, her future is now bright and sure to be filled with love! Will you welcome her into your home and provide her with a permanent place in your heart?
