Looking for a new adventure buddy who is equal parts energetic and cuddly? Roxie is a 7yo, spayed Border Collie x Pomeranian x Cattle Dog mix. Weighing in at 17lbs she is the perfect size for any home. She is incredibly obedient and knows all the basic commands plus some. She is very food motivated, however she does have food allergies, so she eats a prescription food that keeps her from having any allergic reactions. Roxie loves playing fetch and going for hikes just as much as she loves snuggling up on the couch (or bed) with her owners.
Roxie can be very timid and scared when meeting other dogs, so she should go to a home with either no other dogs or a home with a very calm dog that she is slowly introduced to. She does tend to have leash reactivity to other dogs on walks. Roxie is well behaved around cats and respects them. She also does well with older children who are gentle with dogs.
We are moving internationally and unfortunately cannot take Roxie with us.
