Jingle came in with another young dog on 10/27/23 and is seven months old and about 40 pounds.. The pups came from terrible conditions and had ticks, fleas, and worms. They smelled bad and were thin. They gobbled their food and didn't know what to do with toys! Their foster mom patiently worked with them, and what a difference kindness and training made. Jingle is so smart and has learned so much! Now she sits nicely and even does a down before going in or out if the crate, going in or out of the house, or getting a treat. Jingle now knows what toys are and can entertain herself. (The favorite toy is a ball with a handle that she can carry it around.) Jingle has been dewormed, had her shots, and was spayed on 11-14-23.. She has become familiar with collar and leash, too. Jingle might grow up to be a bigger dog. She is believed to be a hound mix, possibly mixed with border collie or dane. She has those cute speckles! This cutie doesn't understand all the changes her life has taken, though she's glad to no longer be hungry and to have a clean, soft bed in a warm house. She knows that's something to celebrate. Her foster mom says she is entertaining and she likes to watch Jingle learn. She's been crate trained and potty trained and is flexible to the situation. She wanted a loving forever family for Christmas but she's holding out for just the right people who'll be her forever family. She hopes her family will continue to teach her (since she loves to learn) and will have a nice fenced yard so she can play and be safe. Jingle is smart and funny and promises to be a good girl and keep her forever family entertained. Who wouldn't want that?
