Hi there! I'm Sawyer, a handsome and sweet beagle boy! I can be shy at first, but once I trust you, I love to run and play together! I spent the majority of my life in an animal testing laboratory where I was forced to endure painful experiments... did you know that animal testing involves experimentation on dogs and cats, too? It's hard for me to understand why someone would ever want to hurt me like that... but, now that I've been rescued by Beagle Freedom Project, I'm such a happy boy. I'm looking for a patient and loving adopter that will help me blossom and gain confidence. I'm such a sweetheart once you give me a chance to open up. I'll thrive in a home that can give me lots of affection and play opportunities. I also love other dogs and would love to find a home with another friendly pup that can show me the ropes of life in a home.
