Hi there! My name is Baxter and I'm the sweetest senior beagle boy. I was recently rescued by Beagle Freedom Project from an animal testing laboratory. Most people don't know that animal testing involves experimentation on innocent dogs like me; did you? Until being rescued, I spent my entire life living in a tiny metal cage where I was subjected to painful tests... Despite my past, I'm so excited about my future! I love snuggling, napping, playing with my toys, and being around my favorite humans! I do well with other dogs and love everyone that I meet. I know I'm not the youngest pup but I still have SO much love left to give... won't you consider giving me my forever home?
