My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there! I'm Mittens, your new furry companion with a heart full of love! I spent nearly FOUR years in a laboratory where I was used as a test subject-- did you know that animal testing involves experimentation on dogs and cats, too? During my time in the laboratory, I was kept in a small pin and only interacted with when a human would poke, prod, and hurt me. Now that Beagle Freedom Project has saved me from the laboratory, I'm such a happy girl! I love being free and can't wait to find a forever home that will cherish me for the rest of my days! I'm known for being super affectionate and sweet, and I just adore spending time cuddling with my favorite human friends. Whether we're playing with feather toys or soaking up the sunshine in a catio, I'm always up for some fun and relaxation. My calm and easygoing nature makes me a great fit for any household, and I get along really well with other kitties who share my energy. So if you're looking for a new best friend, I'm here and ready to join your family!

My location: NOWATA, OK
