My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, everypawdy! I'm King, a gorgeous and shiny black cat! Aren't I so handsome? I can be a little bit shy at first because of my past... I spent years living in a tiny cage at an animal testing facility where I was subjected to painful experiments. Did you know that animal testing involves experimentation on cats and dogs, too? Now that I've been rescued by Beagle Freedom Project, I'm learning what it feels like to be loved, safe, and taken care of. Once I know someone will never hurt me, I love to ask them for affection and cuddles. I'm such a gentle and sweet boy- I would never even hurt a fly. I love humans that make me feel comfortable and adore other cats. Because of my dark fur, I get overlooked by potential adopters a lot... but, I'm hoping that someone notices how special I am soon! I promise to be an amazing and easygoing companion for my adopter-- could that be you?

My location: NOWATA, OK
